You can always find an automatic build with the latest features on the Nightly Builds page.
Normally, one automatic build ("snapshot") is done for each new feature or bug-fix. So you might still find some unpolished new features in there :)
The last snapshot is from about 35 hours ago. That's when someone did some work on OC the last time.
