Das lässt sich nur durch Scriptbefehle (SetFoW) erreichen. Im Einzelspielerspiel kann man solche im Debug-Modus (Strg + F5) eingeben.
Aber eine richtige Menu-Option dafür gibt es nicht. Das ist eine Designentscheidung im Szenario, das nicht alles sichtbar ist. ;)
