I hope that I'm not. At the moment I am just getting an overview what we want to do, I am not actually implementing anything at the moment. I can see why you ask that, and the answer is: sort of. After all, most of this is doing things that the editor does, but allowing the player to do it, with more limitations than the editor has.

Edit: the limitations being what we allow players to do ingame. I don't expect them and don't want them to write scripted actions during play. Evaluating a CastObjects() call when pressing a switch is also not the intention.
The players could do at most what buildable objects offer them, see: Mimmo's thread.
