How can I move stuff from a chest into my backpack? If I left or right click items they only replace my left and rigth hand items.
And how can I put left/right items into my backpack?

With Q, there is no direct transfer possible between chest and backpack currently.

You cannot directly put stuff from the chest into your backpack. You need to put the items you have in your hands first into the backpack, then get the stuff from the chest. This is a known usability issue and will be solved when the chest uses the new (yet-to-implement) contents menu instead of the ringmenu which was designed only for the backpack.
