Up Topic Layers (Planes?)

But the arrow (GUI element) you were pointing out earlier has nothing to do with the game logic.
And if objects relied on something layer related ("I can hit everything in my two adjacent layers") you could once again not freely assign layers to GUI elements fearing it might have another effect.
And if the objects do not rely on something layer related as the single condition ("Has to be in my adjacent layers AND has to be movable") you could as well just throw the layer part out
