Limited in what way? If you mean the number of layers, I already wrote that 70 are probably the minimum. 4294967295 is the theoretical maximum, but I don't think we should use numbers that require counting the digits. We will need to standardize the layer numbers for categories of objects and name them so that object authors won't need to constantly look up which layers the objects use that they want to put a new object in between of, so specific is necessary.
