i tried transparency, and it turned out to look not so good, the "water with air in it", or "air-color" has gone missing, so i only gave it a slight touch of transparency, which makes the color less bright at certain points, and makes it less eye-catching. the color is nearly the same.
i removed that metal-spline which winds around the tube at the area, where it actually rounds the glass.
