Topic Out-of-tree builds need a symlink to planet now

This especially applies to those who put the CMakeCache.txt into planet in the source directory. While this will continue to work on windows with compilers that put the executable into the same directory as the CMakeCache.txt, it won't wotk with MSVC. The easiest solution is to recreate the CMakeCache.txt in the toplevel source directory, where the CMakeLists.txt is.
