Well, okay, I'm fine with that as well. I have now comitted how I intended this to work - this will look at both the executable parent path as well as a "data" subdirectory, but only to check whether there's a full installation there. Otherwise it just ignores the directory. The nice thing about that is that it means we can get rid of the #ifdef for Macs.
