Well, the problem is that strictly speaking, we need to check CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR==CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR/CMAKE_INTDIR. And there's no way to do that within CMake (especially as CMAKE_INTDIR actually expands to a variable that gets resolved by MSVC).
