I think doing an extra .material-entry with its own texture would work. it'd also be possible to use several UV-Maps and textures in blender and bake the texture together into the map for the "parent"-building. including it into the map of the parent building brings the advantage that it can be adjusted to fit special needs (e.g. different stage lighting if covered or some extra screws in some places)
