I think that would make the mod a little too complex? Besides it's hard to think of upgrades for every ability. :)
(And Slowing Field already is a pretty strong ability!)
Edit: But i sort of do like the idea of upgradeable abilities... Maybe just each R ability. Oh well gotta think about that a little more.
