I suppose you mean at 0:58. That's a Sawtooth-Synthesizer. There are two of them, though it sounds like it's only one.
Actually there are Drumset and Djembé Samples, the Korg M1Le, 4 ZynAddSubFX tracks (Whollow Filter, Hyper FilterPad, 2x Simple Sawtooth) and one SF2 track (Wood Bass) in there.
And yes, electrical accordeons exist.
EDIT: If there are no complaints about it, then it's done and can be pushed to the repo.
