I don't think we can automate it. As K-Pone said, this kind of testing involves playing all the scenarios and see if they can still be won, if important things changed or if changes in balancing / object behaviour should result in certain changes in the scenario (e.g. I changed the required construction material for the teleglove, we need to make sure that all scenarios in which the teleglove is important still support it).
