Good luck with your master's! I'll fill out the survey once I am back home.
I have a question back from a purely OpenSource view to the industry view: What is your experience with working on games in the industry so far? I always heard that it's one of the more ungrateful industries (e.g. overtime because of tight deadlines, etc..).
And do you still feel motivated to work on games even if you don't have 100% control over what you want to do? It's a positive as well as negative aspect of OS game design: On the plus side, people only do what they want to. On the downside, they only do what they want to ;)
