The plugin is not quite ready for OC yet. But I am working on it (http://bitbucket.org/mortimer/c4dt)
If you really want you can download the plugin jar from here and drop it in the dropins folder inside your Eclipse installation. Simple restart and the plugin should be installed (Clonk menu appears).
