Not intended as concept art... I was just scribbling...
Does anyone else think that this color combination is very "Clonky"?
If I see these I feel the itch to throw one.

btw. will we have different explosives like these in OC?

At the beginning of the project I pushed for having no flints other than normal firestones in the game. The reasoning was that rather for *flints that only differ in explosion size, which is uncreative and boring, we should go for more interesting and specialized explosives (and/or mining equipment), such as sticky dynamite, dynamite boxes, driller bomb, bombs, rockets, drills, firestone material (damn, it got forgotten, *watchlisted*) etc pp.
If there were super, mega, ultraflints, I think nobody would go for any specialized explosives since they are very powerful and flexible.

From the gameplay view I fully agree. I hardly used anything else but firestones anyway. I would just miss this kind of graphics :)
Its just so cool to have this red balls with the glowing yellow lines. Dynamite is quite dull compared to that...

The firestone material is a nice idea.

Apart from the cluster-flint (6) I don't find those forms to be very appealing to be honest. Especially 3, 4 and 5 are "more of the same". The colors are nice though, and I like the structure on 6.

As mentioned, I did these more for fun... then got bored at some time :D

Maybe we could even move the thread to off-topic?
