Hi! today i play CR and I saw the snake crawling, but it was crawling in the air, because it'smovement is just an animation. If think, if whe have a 3d world, need improved physics engine as well. For example, I think of a snake, that adjust its movement to the ground under it. I don't know if this is planned already, but if it is not, that would be a usefull feature for openclonk

This would be a very nice feature; I think one use of this could also be Clonks feet snapping to the landscape (Like in Fallout3). However, this is likely something quite advanced, and might need a bone system to work. Maybe one of the programmers can tell you more.

that would be awesome :) i think , that the physic system, is one of the main points which have to be improved, because in most games, its
the physics which really make the fun
(for example blowing up a main base, and instead of just burning down, the parts would fly around, and the trees around start moving from the preassure)
