When posting, there is an "url" button above your post. Hitting that should result in something like [url = the_url_of_your_post]the_title_of_the_link[/url]

it's the "the_url_of_your_post" part. Just play around with it a bit and see what it does, you can always edit posts :)

Surround the word with the url tags. For example,

Here is a picture of Spiderman, for your enjoyment.
Here is a picture of [url=http://i.imgur.com/bdsTz.jpg]Spiderman[/url], for your enjoyment.
