When are/is the next improvements/release to open clonk going to be?

Next bugfix release is going to be the second week of November.

PS: What about the laboratory and rails. When will they be finished?

The laboratory has the higher priority of those two (and will be done in the next time, but not for the bugfix release). The rails have lower priority compared to other stuff.
That doesn't actually say anything, since there could still be someone saying "Oh, I want to to the rails next!" but as far as I know they are on noone's to-do-list yet :)
