When I asked mawic, he said that this should be the task of the browser (bookmarks/reading list). And I guess he's right - it would just not be worth the effort to implement it in the forum

Well, by that logic, talk between players should be the task of social media sites. So why provide a forum at all and not just a Facebook button?

That was mawic's reason why the effort of implementing and maintaining that wouldn't be worth it - it existed once and was just not used enough.

There used to be a "Merken" button in the Clonk Forum for a while, and I did use it a lot :(

I guess someone could write a Greasemonkey script? Or you just create a bookmarks folder and add relevant postings.

Shouldn't be such a big thing to create a forum plugin for that. I already put that on my imaginary todo list but if there are any takers, I'd be glad. Perl is not really a language where I am good in.
