G'day!
I will keep it short:
When I copy a .ogg sound file into some Objects.ocd directory (mill_loop.ogg into Windmill_Wheel) and refresh, Eclipse renames the file to mill_loop.ogg.uiconflict, making it unusable. No error message or whatever. I can copy it to Sound.ocg, however, it would be better to have it in the object folder.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Eclipse never renamed any of my files :o

Maybe there's something wrong with your eclipse?

Okay, I recreated the clonk project, it looks like it should work again.
