This patch exposes the StringTbl*.txt to scripts at runtime, via the function Translate(). $...$ still works, but is expected to be disabled outside of string constants due to security concerns.

Remember it's also needed in function descriptions

I'll keep it in mind. It should not be able to affect the Condition attribute though.
It's also currently used in Teams.txt and folder maps, possibly more.
