Isn't it reasonable to reimplement many graphics and audio files from CP/CE/CR now? I wonder why this wasn't mentioned here, yet.

The NonCommercial license isn't compatible with OC's targeted licensing.

So the source code was released twice?
Oh, or was the engine released as one license and now the entire assets of clonk rage are released under a different license?

No, the source was released once under ISC: http://www.clonk.de/source.php?lng=en

CC BY-NC applies to "graphics, audio data, scripting, and text found in the game release packages" (i.e. not the engine source)

And it is no wanted option to change OC's licence from http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ to http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ ?
OC is anything but commercial.

Edit:
Okay I see, all the other OC files would need to be like 4.0, too. And that's not the case. Sad.

No, but OC is free. Restricting commercial use via licensing makes the software unfree. E.g. we wouldn't be able to include OC in Debian because of the DFSG.

It is very well possible and legal to make an OC extension with the old CR graphics. But it will most likely never become part of the "official" OpenClonk package.
