seems only https://github.com/Apfelclonk/nanoMill is offline, but another nanoMill Repo is online ( https://github.com/ckanibal/nanoMill ). Is this up to date?

If you want to write c4script code, I'd personally recommend just using Notepad++ and C oder C++ syntax highlighting for basic functionality.
I dropped development on nanoMill since I figured it made more sense to build an extension for vscode.
The "alpha" version is available here: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=fmilke.openclonk-extension
It might help with packing/unpacking, but due to receding interest in OC I also stopped working on that.
For anyone interested, here is the github repo: https://github.com/fmilke/OpenClonk-Extension
