You shouldn't be able to rejoin in melee scenarios. I have never thought about this before, because I mostly played with people I know, but few days ago I played "Hot Ice" with two strangers and they just rejoined everytime they died, making the game pointless. They didn't necessarily do it out of sheer evilness, but as long as the possibility is there, people will make use of it.
So in my opinion rejoining should be disabled for melees as soon as possible.

The host should be able to set it in the lobby options, I think... The only way to disable rejoin atm is to make /set maxplayer = 0, wich is pretty cryptic.
