In my opinion the hut inventory system was
THE WORST thing of ALL Clonk games!
its really annoying to:
1) enter the hut
2)click through ALL the items in the Hut
3)then find the right button to take the item out of the hut
4) leave the hut!
thats about 10-40 clicks for 1 action... pretty depressing and
not userfriendly
5) repeat steps 1-4 20x until the second building/object is built ...
My Solution:
What do you think about a pop up inventory window over the
hut or somwhere on the display, when u already come near the
hut so you can just click on the item and the clonk gets it alone?

thats exactly what i had in mind.. except there should
also be a inventory what the clonk is carrying ..
and the pop should propably not be over the hut
but rather on the side of the screen
... could be pretty annoying when u walk by a row of huts and stuff keeps popong up

No it shouldn't. The Clonk should only temporarily hold objects, and throw them into a lorry at the first possible moment. The Clonk inventory should be optimized for using the objects in question, not for stacking them up.
Why? So you have to move your mouse all the way to the border of the screen to do something? Sounds really slow.
By my design, it only pops up when you actively grab a hut or a lorry. Not sure though if there will even be "huts".
