OpenClonk is the best, and yes - a "Reloaded" or something simmiliar is quite nice. We could have different sub-titles for different relases, so first would be maybe something like:
OpenClonk - Reloaded
or
OpenClonk, the new beggining
then something like:
OpenClonk - Gears of Magic
OpenClonk - Sword and Honour
OpenClonk - A wild west story
Depending on what will be the main addition to new version
And of course OpenClonk Alpha, Beta, RC and Final for each of the most important relases.

I like that idea. If the "Reboot" part is supposed to change each release, it should be combined with numbering the releases as Sven2 proposed. So the first title would be something like "OpenClonk 1: Reboot", next ones maybe "OpenClonk 2: Reloaded", "OpenClonk 3: Revolutions", etc. This would help players to understand the release order, and there can't be any confusion about which is the newest one.
Not the most creative idea, but...:
OpenClonk 1
Next release OpenClonk 2, OpenClonk 3, etc.

The sentence itself sounds quite powerful with the alliteration, too.

As the traditionalist on board, I'm all in favor of keeping the old "[Project Name] [Version Name]" structure. I don't like numbers - names are fun, especially when they're essentially meaningless (NET2 engine names anyone?). A couple of contributions, mostly shortened versions of existing proposals:
OpenClonk Reborn
OpenClonk Roots
OpenClonk Boom!
OpenClonk - Back to Rock
